Older, used lift gate. I checked with Tommy Gate and this unit was originally intend for the use on: '93 and older Dodges, '96 and older Fords, and '87 and older Chevy's. I bought this a year or so ago to mount on my '01 Chevy Duramax for use at the farmers market. It appeared, based on measurements, that it would have fit just fine on my '01 Dmax. The stall at the market is too small however to park my crew cab long bed Duramax so the lift is up for sale. It needs paint and the sheet metal around the lights is a bit bent. The measurement between the vertical mounting supports is 60 1/4”. If the narrowest dimension between your bed structure of your truck at the tail gate is less than 60 1/4”, then this won’t fit. If its 60 1/4” or larger, then it will fit although you might have to add some metal spacers to make up the difference. On my ‘01, it appeared that a 1/8” piece of flat iron on each side would have made the unit fit perfectly. Located in Chico CA, 100 miles north of Sacramento.
